  • Visitors Permits Are Mandatory From 2:00 A.M. To 7:00 A.M.
  • Limited visitor parking is available outdoors.
  • Each registration is valid for 24 hrs. Anyone in need of Visitors Permit for more than 24hrs must contact the Property Manager of YCC 325 - 15 Torrance Road
  • Residents are not permitted to park in the Visitors Parking at any time, and may be tagged or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
  • No unit owner or members of his household or his tenants shall park upon any portion of the common elements designated by the Board of Directors as Visitors Parking, or areas designated as Management reserved parking or Service Areas at rear of building
